Abstract

Sriwidari Village is one of the villages in Gunungpuyuh District, Sukabumi City, West Java Province. Kelurahan Sriwidari currently accepts public complaints using the manual method, namely by way of the community coming directly to the Kelurahan Sriwidari office to submit complaints. However, this method is often ineffective because it requires a process to convey to each officer according to the complaint category, complaint files can be lost and damaged, besides that data recapitulation is also difficult because you have to check files one by one. Therefore, the authors are interested in providing a solution to this problem, so an Android-based public complaints E-Report application was created with the Java programming language and Firebase Realtime as the database. This android-based community complaint E-Report application can make it easier for people to make complaints without having to come to the Village office. Researchers used the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method to design this Android-based public complaints E-Report Application. As a result, this system can be used as a medium of publication and communication between the people in the Sriwidari Village.
