AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN EKSTRAK KULIT JENGKOL (Pithecellobium jiringa) DENGAN TIGA PELARUT
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan aktivitas antioksidan berdasarkan
perbedaan jenis pelarut pada ekstrak Pithecellobium jiringa (kulit jengkol), dengan
waktu maserasi selama 72 jam. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode DPPH sehingga
menghasilkan IC50 sebagai berikut : untuk pelarut Heksan sebesar 1050.4143 g/mL,
Pelarut etil asetat sebesar 64.6695 g/mL sedangkan metanol sebesar 22,5788 g/mL.
