SINTESIS DAN UJI TOKSISITAS SENYAWA (E)-1 (2- METOKSI-FENIL)- 3-NAFTALEN-1-PROPENON
Abstract
Kalkon merupakan senyawa golongan flavonoid yang dilaporkan memiliki berbagai aktivitas biologis, seperti antikanker, antimikroba, antifungi, sitotoksik dan
lain-lain. Pada penelitian ini, senyawa kalkon (E)-1-(2-metoksi-fenil)-3-naftalen-1-ilpropenon telah disintesis menggunakan metode iradiasi gelombang mikro dengan katalis basa (NaOH 1N) dan diperoleh rendemen sebesar 96,29%. Kemurnian senyawa telah di uji menggunakan KLT, uji titik leleh dan analisis HPLC. Senyawa hasil sintesis selanjutnya dikarakterisasi berdasarkan interpretasi data spektroskopi UV, FTIR, HRMS, dan1H-NMR. Uji toksisitas senyawa tersebut menggunakan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) terhadap larva Artemia salina Leach menunjukkan nilai LC50 sebagai antikanker.
