Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of competence, organizational commitment and communication on employee performance at the Riau Region Construction Service Selection Implementation Center, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with employee performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables namely competence, organizational commitment and communication. The research sample was 32 people. The results of this study state that the competency variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive effect on employee performance.
