This study was conducted at SMK in North Indralaya Regency. The method used in the study was a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results of this study indicate that efforts to improve teacher competence through various activities that include pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence. Teachers actively participate in training, utilize ICT, and discuss to improve learning. Educators are encouraged to be role models and establish good relationships with parents of students and the community. Teachers continue to improve their mastery of ICT materials and skills. The principal plays an important role as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. Currently, attendance for students and teachers is still done manually and there are no student ID cards. Therefore, it is necessary to create student ID cards integrated with Google Spreadsheet for attendance recording. This research uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, which includes Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. The tools used in this development are QR Generator, Canva, Google Forms, and Google Spreadsheet. The research results in student ID cards equipped with QR Codes that can be scanned using a device, and the attendance will be directly recorded in Google Spreadsheet. The results showed that high schools in South Indralaya have successfully implemented the Healthy Schools Program, which has a positive impact on the development of students' healthy behaviors. The program includes physical education, nutrition, environmental sanitation, and school health services. Collaboration between BK teachers, UKS, sports teachers, healthy canteen officers, and community health centers increased students' awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Students began to implement healthy eating habits, maintain personal hygiene, exercise regularly and choose healthy foods. Increased physical activity through school sports contributes to fitness and a reduced risk of obesity. Hygiene initiatives, such as waste management, also encourage cleanliness practices at home and school. In addition, mental health awareness increased and students were more proactive in seeking emotional support. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 47,62 meningkat menjadi 87,50 pada posttest. Seluruh mahasiswa memperoleh skor di atas 75, dengan mayoritas berada pada kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual dan digital mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kimia dasar secara signifikan. The research method used is qualitative. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the implementation of all management functions-planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising have been well structured to support the objectives of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) program. In planning, the school has succeeded in identifying student needs, making a schedule with a semi-block system, and optimizing existing resources, although the involvement of external parties is still less than optimal. The organization of this activity has been clearly regulated through the division of committee tasks and the preparation of structured and detailed modules. The implementation of activities is guided by modules that are prepared together and implemented well. Supervision is carried out through joint monitoring for continuous improvement, which also went well. The management of the program activities has succeeded in going through structured management stages, although there are several aspects such as the involvement of external parties that still need improvement. This approach not only encourages students to memorize but also to deeply understand and internalize knowledge, thereby enhancing critical thinking, independence, and active engagement in the learning process. This study aims to examine the implementation of the deep learning model in primary and secondary education in Indonesia through a literature review method. Based on an analysis of various academic sources and recent educational policies, it was found that this model holds significant potential for improving learning quality and fostering a more reflective and collaborative learning environment. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including limited infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and the dominance of traditional curricula that restrict learning flexibility. This article recommends strengthening teacher capacity through continuous professional development, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, and developing policies that support the adoption of deep learning approaches. This study is a literature review that aims to evaluate the effectiveness of empathic language on the quality of therapeutic relationships in the context of geriatric services. Articles were selected through an identification and screening process using specific keywords in databases such as Sinta, Neliti, Garuda, and Google Scholar, with inclusion criteria that include studies in the last 10 years, in Indonesian or English, full - text, and are primary research. The results show that empathic communication through cognitive and affective empathy plays a significant role in increasing patient trust, adherence to treatment, and clinical and psychosocial outcomes, such as decreased anxiety and increased quality of life. Communication strategies include the use of simple language, personal attention, and consistent emotional engagement. Implementation barriers include high workload and a lack of training. This study aims to describe and analyze the principal's strategy in implementing the “Sekolah Penggerak” program at SMP Negeri 3 Kayuagung. Data collection used interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The background of the study is the problem of the quality of education in several junior high schools is still relatively low due to minimal institutional management. The location of this study was a junior high school in South OKU Regency. The informants of this study were the head of the school and the vice head of curriculum. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were collected using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis used qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the principles of strategic management had been applied to the school, but had not been carried out optimally. For example, the principle of planning had been applied well, but in its implementation it was more often not in accordance with the plan. In addition, there were plans that were prepared without using strategic principles so that the education process was only routine and learning evaluation focused on the cognitive domain. This study aims to show the effectiveness of the excellent class program in improving the quality of education by evaluating the Context, Input, Process, and Product models. The location of the study was SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. The method used in the study was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the excellent class facilitated outstanding students to develop optimally. This program has a positive impact on improving the quality of education, seen from student academic achievement, learning motivation, and character and skill development. The school has succeeded in improving the quality of graduates with 80% continuing their higher education. However, there are still obstacles to facilities, disruptions between students in excellent classes and regular classes, and teacher-parent relationships. The objective of this study is to elucidate students' preferences in information retrieval, specifically contrasting the utilization of the internet and traditional books as primary references. The rapid advancement of technology has significantly shaped the methodologies by which students pursue information for both scholarly and non-scholarly objectives. This research adopts a quantitative framework via an online survey encompassing 82 students from a range of academic disciplines at Tidar University. The findings indicate that a predominant portion of respondents favors the internet due to its ease of access and the extensive range of information it provides. Conversely, a segment of students continues to depend on books, attributing to them a greater sense of credibility and a more comprehensive presentation of information. This observation signifies a noteworthy transition in information-seeking preferences, even as books retain their relevance within specific contexts. However, some students still face <br>difficulties in operating and maintaining the tools due to the lack of practical written guidance. <br>This study aims to evaluate the practicality of an e-book guide designed as a supplementary <br>learning medium. The e-book contains comprehensive information on the use and maintenance <br>of electrical tools, expected to help students understand the course material independently. <br>The research used a descriptive quantitative method with a Likert scale questionnaire as the data <br>collection tool. The participants were 43 third-semester students from the 2023 cohort. The <br>assessment covered aspects such as clarity, content structure, ease of understanding, and <br>usefulness. Results showed that the e-book is practical, with 8.6% rating it fairly practical, 51.6% <br>practical, and 39.8% very practical.
