The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. The population consisted of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Rogojampi in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, with the sample selected using purposive sampling, comprising one experimental class and one control class. The research instruments included analyticity skill tests, observation sheets for learning implementation, and documentation. </em><em>The results showed that the implementation of PBL learning tools significantly improved students’ analyticity skills. The average posttest score of the experimental class increased from 34.84 to 80.39 with a N-Gain of 0.71 (high category), while the control class increased from 22.42 to 55.81 with a N-Gain of 0.43 (medium category). Existing Islamic management literature remains normative-prescriptive without producing solid and empirically testable theoretical constructs. This theoretical gap demonstrates an urgent need for a work motivation model directly derived from primary Islamic sources with practical relevance in modern organizational contexts. This study aims to develop an Islamic Work Motivation Model (IWMM) through methodological integration of al-tafsir al-maudhu'i (thematic exegesis) with systematic literature review, and to identify conceptual convergences and divergences with Western motivation theories. This research adopts a systematic literature review design integrated with the al-tafsir al-maudhu'i method. The codification process yielded 37 Qur'anic verses and 42 authentic hadiths analyzed through four stages: textual codification, thematic analysis using Braun and Clarke's framework, comparative analysis with Western motivation theories, and theoretical synthesis. The analysis identified three main categories of Islamic work motivation: (1) work as a response to divine calling rooted in muraqabah consciousness and tahqiq al-khilafah; (2) work as manifestation of trust and ihsan encompassing pillars of self-reliance ('iffah), professionalism (ihsan), and long-term commitment (istiqamah); and (3) blessed life rhythm as a temporal dimension integrating sacred time and profane time. Comparison with Self-Determination Theory, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs demonstrates that IWMM offers significant conceptual expansion through the addition of spiritual transcendence dimension, ihsan as meta-motivator, and reorientation from self-actualization toward taqarrub ilallah. The Islamic Work Motivation Model constructed through this research not only offers a theoretical framework with theological depth and methodological precision, but also provides a paradigmatic alternative that simultaneously integrates psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions. SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pua still faces problems in scheduling, such as teacher schedule conflicts and overlapping classroom usage due to the manual scheduling process. This study aims to develop a web-based subject scheduling information system that is able to optimize the structured scheduling process and minimize schedule conflicts. The methodology used is Research and Development (R&amp;D), which includes the stages of needs analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Evaluation. The developed system is able to manage teacher, subject, class, room, and time data in an integrated manner and performs automatic validation of time slots to ensure there are no schedule conflicts. Quantitative methods were used in this study, and the research tools used were questionnaires and grammar mastery tests. The population of this study was all students at Ummul Quro' Islamic Boarding School, which consisted of four classes with a total of 111 students. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling process. In addition, a number of people were randomly selected to be the sample of this study based on the names taken previously. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the English day program and their grammar mastery. This can be seen from the data significance value of 0.473 which is more than 0.05. The Pearson correlation value is -0.161, which indicates a very low level and a negative linear relationship, which means H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. A descriptive method was applied, using simple random sampling from a total population of 163 Grade XI students. Data collection involved questionnaires and reading tests, which were directly distributed to 32 students from two selected classes. The analysis results indicated no significant correlation between PowerPoint usage and students' reading comprehension, as shown by a significance value of 0.201 greater than 0.05 and a low correlation coefficient of 0.232, wich means the alternative hypothesis (H<sub>1</sub>) was rejected, while the null hypothesis (H<sub>0</sub>) was accepted. It can be concluded that PowerPoint has no relationship on students' reading comprehension. The reflection is oriented to find gaps between the competencies of graduates and the demands of the world of work in reality so that efforts can be made to improve the curriculum, improve the quality of teachers, and adjust and improve the learning system. This research is descriptive and has a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by collecting the results of the alumni tracer study survey in 2019-2021. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics to reveal the dynamics of the suitability of graduate competencies from 2019-2021. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen yang dianalisis menggunakan metode tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memanfaatkan AI secara beragam untuk brainstorming, merangkum bacaan, perbaikan kebahasaan, dan penyusunan kerangka tulisan. Pada aspek digital skills, mahasiswa telah menguasai keterampilan operasional dasar, tetapi masih lemah pada kemampuan evaluatif seperti prompt engineering, verifikasi referensi, dan penilaian kualitas output. Pada aspek digital safety, sebagian besar mahasiswa menunjukkan kehati-hatian tinggi dalam menjaga privasi dan keamanan data, meskipun sebagian kecil masih berisiko. Dimensi digital ethics mengungkapkan adanya dilema antara praktik parafrase, kesadaran sitasi, serta pemahaman bias dan validitas AI. Sementara itu, digital culture mahasiswa cenderung mencerminkan budaya penggunaan AI yang reflektif, kritis, dan tidak pragmatis; mahasiswa memandang AI sebagai alat pendamping belajar, bukan pengganti proses berpikir. The purpose of this study is to discuss several strategies for utilizing solar energy. Thermal analysis to analyze the performance of water heaters has not yet been available. The working principle of a solar water heater is to heat water with solar energy. Students involved in the study will be asked to fill out a motivational questionnaire before and after using the Trainer for a solar water heater with the help of a heat pump. Data from this questionnaire will be analyzed by looking at the improvement from before and after by looking at the gain score value. The results of this study provide a significant contribution in strengthening similar research in the field of energy conversion learning.
