Salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi air mineral yaitu PT. Amanah Insanillahiah. Perusahaan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan ini adalah banyaknya produk cacat yang diakibatkan kerusakan mesin dan kelalaian dalam memeriksa ketika produksi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengendalian kualitas tersebut adalah QC <em>Seven Tools</em> (Tujuh Alat Pengendalian Kualitas). <em>Seven tools</em> merupakan salah satu metode pengendalian kualitas paling sederhana dan sering digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah. Selama proses produksi terjadi berbagai kendala yang membuat penggunaan mesin kurang efektif. Untuk itu digunakan metode overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) sebagai upaya peningkatan efektivitas kinerja mesin. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan, menunjukkan availability rate sebesar 69%, performance rate 15%, dan quality rate 100%. Rendahnya availability rate dan performance rate yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya nilai standar dari ketentuan OEE, yang berarti bahwa tingkat efektivitas kinerja mesin masih sangatlah rendah. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisa lanjutan untuk mengetahui penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE dengan menggunakan six big losses. In the asphalt and concrete production process at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa there are still employees who do not pay attention to work procedures, do not use complete PPE, such as not using project helmets, safety shoes, masks, goggles and ear plugs. So there are still work accidents. Based on the results of work accident interviews that often occur at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa, namely falls from heights, collisions, hearing loss, slipping, and electric shock. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) is one of the methods used to control the risk of work accidents and carry out a risk assessment, which aims to prevent work accidents that can occur. This research was conducted to reduce accidents that can occur at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa. The aim is to develop a data-driven predictive model with high accuracy to minimize the need for physical testing on aluminum with various compositional variations. The machine learning modeling in this study involves nine input variables, comprising chemical elements such as Al, Mg, Zn, Ti, Cu, Mn, Cr, Fe, Si, and two output or target variables, YS and TS (yield strength and tensile strength). Additionally, a Heatmap correlation is employed to observe the correlations between the chemical elements and the mechanical properties of the alloyed aluminum. The comparison of these algorithms reveals that Random Forest (RF) outperforms other algorithms in predicting YS with a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 7.157, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 11.248, and a coefficient of determination (SC) of 0.977. However, to comprehensively understand the mechanical properties of stainless steel, sufficient testing is needed to gather data regarding its characteristics. In this research, an analysis was conducted on the Effect of Chemical Composition and Heat Treatment on the Mechanical Properties of Stainless Steel, using data from the Material Algorithm Project (MAP), which is a material database. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation to observe the relationships between these variables. The research results indicate that chemical elements such as Cu and Ni &nbsp;have a positive correlation with elongation, indicating that higher concentrations of these elements lead to higher elongation of stainless steel. Furthermore, it was also found that temperature has a strong negative correlation with yield strength (YS) and ultimate tensile strength (UTS), with correlation values of -0.71 and -0.86, respectively. Further analysis revealed that water quenching resulted in better ultimate tensile strength compared to air quenching. According to the tabulation of PT Mitra Energi Batam's production data from September 2022 to September 2023, the rolls-royce Gas Turbine Generator production engine has a downtime value of 805.60 hours. The purpose of the study is to find out the factors that cause high downtime and know how to minimize it. Using the proposed Overall Equipment Effectiveness method as a way to measure Losses due to production disruptions by taking six big loss and Fishbone diagrams to find the cause and effect of Losses that cause failure of machine or equipment operations. The results of the study of the highest OEE value in August 2023 were 98.54%, the lowest OEE value was in April 2023 which was 0%, the cause was severe damage to the power turbine blade which required engine replacement, but was constrained by the time of the engine spare delivery process. Visual inspection using human observation has limitations, making it not always accurate and prone to errors in determining tire roadworthiness. This study designs a machine learning model using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with a ResNet-34 architecture to detect car tire damage. The parameters used in training this CNN model include the Adam optimizer, a learning rate of 0.0001, batch size 32, and 50 epochs. In this study, there are two predicted image classes: normal tires and damaged tires. The research results indicate that the CNN model with ResNet-34 architecture can predict both classes very well, as evidenced by the model evaluation results with an accuracy of 0.916, precision of 0.907, recall of 0.927, and an F1 score of 0.917. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh jumlah UMKM, angkatan kerja, dan inflasi pada laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Padang. Dari hasil analisis regres, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan, Jumlah UMKM (X1), Angkatan Kerja (X2) dan Inflasi (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laju PDRB Kota Padang (Y). In this work, the thermal behavior and degradation of oil palm emty fruit bunches was investigated with a thermogravimetric analyzer in nitrogen atmosphere. The samples were heated from room temperature to 900 <sup>o</sup>C at heating rates of 20 <sup>o</sup>C min<sup>-1</sup>. The ultimate and proximate analysis revealed that oil palm empty fruit bunches contains high volatile matter, fixed carbon and ash content while the caliric value was 17.87 MJ/kg. Thermogravic analysis results indicated thermal degradation of samples occurs in three stages, namely drying and evaporation, active degradation and passive degradation. This research aims to determine the factors of heavy equipment use as assessed by cycle time on coal productivity. Productivity is limited to the overburden loading process by the Komatsu PC3000SE excavator at PIT 2 Swakelola Tambang Banko Barat. The greatest productivity obtained was 1099 m3 per hour and the average percent productivity was 79.4%. The Action is planned to remove pipe support number 2 which affected a landslide, and move pipe supports number 1 and 3 that is closer to pipe support number 2. For this reason, action is being taken to redesign the piping system so that the pipe line can function safely. Allowable piping design criteria are used based on the maximum distance between pipe supports and maximum stress based on ASME B31.3 standards not greater than 20,000 Psi. Based on the calculation results, the allowable maximum distance between 12 in pipe supports is 16.064 m. Muatan berlebih (overloading) dan temperatur tromol yang tinggi (overheating) sering dicurigai sebagai pemicu utama kegagalan pengereman. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengaruh muatan sumbu roda dan temperatur tromol terhadap efisiensi sistem pengereman pada mobil Toyota Avanza. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan variasi tromol standar dan tromol yang telah dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengujian pengereman, temperatur pada tromol yang telah dimodifikasi menggunakan pendingin air lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tromol konvensional, dengan perbedaan mencapai 30%. Perbedaan temperatur semakin signifikan ketika temperatur kerja rem mencapai di atas 100°C. Tromol water cooler brake bekerja dengan efektif untuk menahan peningkatan temperatur rem dengan cara menyebarkan panas dari kampas rem ke sirip-sirip tromol melalui perantara air pendingin. Penggunaan cairan pendingin berupa air biasa atau radiator kurang efektif karena rentan mengalami penurunan cepat akibat penguapan. This research measures the level of optimality of the queuing system currently in effect at the Saffira Mitra Medika clinic. The measurement focuses on service time, the number of patients served, and the waiting time for patients to be served in the queue system. The results of measuring the current queuing system are compared with other proposed queuing system scenarios, so that the level of patient satisfaction as customers is met. Pada poses produksi keripik talas permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah lupa ketika menghitung jumlah hasil produksi. Ketika hasil produksi dilakukan penghitungan biasanya sering terjadi </em><em>kesalahan penghitungan sehingga menyababkan penghitungan jadi berulang kali.Hal ini menyebabkan hasil produksi lambat disalurkan ke konsumen. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah solusi dengan membuat alat penghitung otomatis yang dilengkapi dengan conveyor dengan teknik counter menggunakan </em><em>sensor ultrasonic HC-SR04 sebagai pendeteksi objek yang melewati sensor, NodeMCU ESP826 berfungsi sebagai otak dari proses utama system, dan LCD 16x2 sebagai media tampilan hasil perhitungan produksi keripik talas dan juga dilengkapi dengan sistem IOT (Internet Of Thing) yang mana untuk mentranfer data </em><em>hitungan ke smartphone atau komputer melalui jaringan.
