Analisis Kinerja Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) di Klinik Utama Mata Saruni

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja dan kelayakan alat Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) merek Topcon 3D Maestro 2 yang digunakan di Klinik Utama Mata Saruni, Pandeglang Banten. Observasi dilakukan selama satu bulan dengan meninjau kondisi fisik, kinerja operasional, serta sistem pemeliharaan alat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik alat masih sangat baik, seluruh komponen berfungsi normal, dan citra rentina yang dihasilkan tajam serta konsisten. Meskipun pemeliharaan rutin telah dilakukan, sistem pencatatan pemeliharaan masih bersifat manual dan belum terdokumentasi secara terstruktur. Secara keseluruhan OCT Topcon 3D Maestro dinilai masih layak digunakan untuk pemeriksaan diagnostik rentina. Pengembangan sistem pencatatan digital dan pelatihan teknisi berkelanjutan diarahkan untuk menjaga kinerja alat dalam jangka panjang.
