<p>Shoushika (少子化) ialah suatu fenomena kependudukan yang dimana tingkat kelahiran yang terus menerus turun setiap waktu, sehingga antara generasi satu dengan generasi yang lain kehilangan populasi pengganti. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya fenomena shoushika dengan menggunakan jumlah tenaga kerja wanita, jumlah penduduk produktif dan jumlah pasangan menikah sebagai variabel independent dan fertiltas sebagai variabel dependent dan indikator dari fenomena ini dengan rentang waktu data dari tahun 1992-2022. Didalam penelitian ini melakukan pendekatan teori Ekonomi Fertilias Becker yang menjelaskan bahwa secara ekonomi anak merupakan suatu barang konsumsi yang memberikan kepuasan tersendiri bagi orang tua dan kelurga. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah regresi berganda yang sebelumnya harus melewati uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fertilitas sehingga variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap fenomena shoushika.</p>Jonny AndikaNeng MurialtiDwi Widiarsih

<p>Financial performance is one measure that describes the level of achievement of local governments in managing finances under the law. This research aims to determine the influence of local revenue, balancing funds, and capital expenditure on the financial performance of the North Padang Lawas Regency government. This research uses quantitative methods in the form of secondary data obtained from the official website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with Eviews. The partial research results show that regional original income significantly affects regional government financial performance, and balancing funds has a negative and significant effect on regional government financial performance. In contrast, capital expenditure does not influence regional government financial performance. Simultaneously, local original income, balancing funds, and capital expenditure significantly affect the financial performance of the North Padang Lawas Regency regional government.</p>Afrina Yanti DaulayMuhammad HidayatM. <p>Economic Growth is a measure of a country's success in producing goods and services. To achieve the economic growth target, high inflation must be avoided. Indications of the money supply and interest rates indirectly affecting inflation can influence economic growth with path analysis to determine the effect of the money quantity variables, namely the money supply and interest rates on inflation, to find out the effect of the money supply and interest rates on economic growth and to find out the effect of the money supply and interest rates on economic growth through inflation. The results of data analysis show that the money supply has no significant effect, interest rates have a significant positive effect on inflation, the money supply and interest rates have a significant positive effect on economic growth, inflation has no significant effect on economic growth, inflation can mediate interest rates on economic growth. To increase economic growth, the government is advised to take appropriate steps to maintain Indonesia's economic growth, especially to maintain economic stability and per capita income by paying attention to the level of money supply, interest rates and inflation.</p>Yessi OktaveraM.
