Framework untuk Analisis dan Pemodelan Proses Bisnis Menggunakan Pendekatan BPI dan TOGAF

Abstract
Proses bisnis sangat penting dalam mengoordinasikan aktivitas dan hubungan timbal baliknya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Manajemen yang efektif dari proses-proses ini secara positif mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan, dengan demikian mendukung pencapaian tujuanorganisasi. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan proses bisnis harus didasarkan pada analisis dan pemodelan proses bisnis (APPBis) yang selaras dengan tujuan strategis organisasi. APPBis menjadi sangat penting ketika suatu organisasi berupaya untuk meningkatkan prosesnya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang frameworkAPPBis yang selaras dengan tujuan organisasi dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan business process improvement(BPI) dan frameworkTOGAF. Frameworkiniterdiri dari dua fase utama: 1) analisis dan 2) pemodelan. Fase analisis berfokus pada pendefinisian ruang lingkup berdasarkan tujuan organisasi, sedangkan fase pemodelan mengembangkan modelproses bisnisberdasarkan hasil analisis. Frameworkini diimplementasikan di bagian Administrasi Akademik Universitas Dinamika. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ini dapat berfungsi sebagai pedoman praktis untuk implementasi APPBis di organisasi lainnya.
