Abstract

Pemilihan Ketua Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin masih dilakukan secara konvensional, seperti pendaftaran manual dan pemungutan suara melalui Google Form, yang rentan terhadap keterlambatan pembaruan data dan ketidakakuratan informasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Profile Matching untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi proses pemilihan. Sistem menilai kandidat berdasarkan kriteria kepemimpinan, pengalaman organisasi, program kerja, komunikasi, dan kepribadian dengan menghitung gap antara profil kandidat dan profil ideal. Semakin kecil nilai gap, semakin tinggi nilai kesesuaian kandidat. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur pendaftaran digital, verifikasi dokumen otomatis, dan pemungutan suara berbasis web dengan pembaruan data pemilih secara real-time. Pengujian terhadap tiga kandidat menunjukkan bahwa Ahmad Ryan Tryantama memperoleh skor akhir tertinggi sebesar 4,648, diikuti oleh Muhammad Abil Tanoto dengan skor 4,384, dan Siskha Danil Arif Saputra dengan skor 4,264. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa sistem mampu membantu menentukan kandidat terbaik secara objektif, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan dalam proses pemilihan.
