Sistem Informasi Pendataan Prestasi Mahasiswa untuk Pendataan Prestasi Mahasiswa Departemen Sistem Informasi Menggunakan Metode UAT Dengan Framework Pieces
Abstract
Sistem Informasi Pendataan Prestasi Mahasiswa merupakan aplikasi berbasis elektronik yang dirancang mempunyai database sehingga ketika pengguna membutuhkan data bisa secara real time tersedia. Langkah menerapkan Pendataan Prestasi Mahasiswa sebagai usaha memberikan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa dalam menciptakan sistem yang sangat membantu mahasiswa dalam menyimpan dan mendata prestasi yang mereka punya secara terorganisir dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk teknologi informatika untuk mendukung tema-tema utama riset sesuai Rencana Induk Penelitian Universitas Andalas Produk yang dihasilkan berupa aplikasi sistem informasi untuk inovasi pada teknologi dan industri khususnya untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan kemajuan kampus Unand. sistem ini berpotensi untuk memberikan dampak positif bagi mahasiswa yang selama ini masih mempunyai segudang prestasi tetapi belum terdata dengan baik, serta diharapkan akan memudahkan penggunanya untuk mengupdate data mereka sendiri tanpa perlu harus dikumpulkan dulu berupa hardcopy dan bukti pendukung, cukup dengan mereka mengupload data prestasi mereka sendiri dari rumah dan dimanapun bisa diakses karena sistem ini berbasis website. Agar nantinya bisa dijadikan sebagai curriculum vitae yang valid dalam bentuk SKPI (Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah) bagi mahasiswa.
